CAN YOU MAKE YOUR SCHOOL VISIBLY BETTER AND
REDUCE YOUR OVERALL COSTS AT THE SAME TIME?
FIND OUT BELOW.
What’s the most expensive book in your school? A Kipling first edition? The Complete Works of Shakespeare? No, it’s probably any one of your teaching evidence scrapbooks.
It takes time to create and maintain the achievement records of children, to present them for parents, school management or Ofsted. At any teacher’s hourly cost, this means that each book is worth many hundreds of pounds.
You don’t need us to tell you that the process of producing these documents is not very efficient. The cost-benefit of new technology in schools is not always obvious, but this is one case where the savings can be measured. That’s one of many reasons why so many schools are turning to Earwig.
The costs of various versions of the Earwig software licence are shown below, but whatever the headline cost, you will know that the staff time saving means that you are ahead of the game almost immediately – and that’s without calculating the saving in printing ink, paper and glue, not to mention the cost of the space to store these between Ofsted inspections.
These are the headline costs for the different Earwig modules. Remember that, once a school has signed up for the service they can have as many users as they want and there is no limit to the number of documents, images and video clips that can be uploaded and stored indefinitely.
